How to use:  After washing, tone skin with a toner.  Take sheet out, unfold it.  Lightly press the sheet with fingers, align the sheet starting from the eyes, nose, then entire face.  Remove the mask after 15-20 minutes and tap remaining essence lightly until absorbed.  You may choose to rinse your face or leave the remnants on overnight.
